TORCO is a contract manufacturing machining facility, producing high volumes of made-to-order precision metal parts and production components for manufacturers located throughout the U.S. and Internationally.

We have 70, six & eight spindle, automatic screw machines, for manufacturing build-to-print precision turned machined parts and components, which have a high degree of difficulty, close tolerances, high quality requirements and just-in-time delivery.

We specialize in machining parts in high volumes, defined as production runs of 1,000 or higher, with annual usage ranging from just 1,000 a year to over 1,000,000 per year, with part sizes ranging from a minimum diameter of 1/4 inch to a maximum diameter of 3-1/2 inches, and a length up to 20 inches.

Support processes include centerless and cylindrical grinders for profile and thru feed grinding, Mazak CNC machining, broaching, induction and conventional heat treating, plating, thread rolling, vibratory finishing and special machine centers constructed to accomplish the highest possible efficiency. This includes a fully staffed tool room where we make our tooling and fixtures.

We are linked to many of our multi-national OEM customers through Electronic Data Interchange and ship using JIT guidelines, ASN’s, and bar coding.  Our 100% on-time delivery performance to all customers along with our award winning Quality and Customer Service speaks for itself and sets us apart from other companies in the industry.
